We have provided over twenty thousand mortgage surveys (smaller Boundary Surveys) to lenders, realtors, title companies, and individuals for over 60 years. We understand that "time is money", as well as the importance of notifying our clients immediately of any potential issues discovered during the survey; issues that may delay the closing, such as pools or structures in the easements, or property line encroachments, or deed discrepancies. Our crews are courteous, and do not show up to the parcel dressed for a world tour rock concert. We will contact your title company and obtain and verify all required certifications and deliver your mortgage survey to any local title company prior to closing. For your convenience, payment for mortgage surveys can be arranged to be paid at closing upon completion of the survey request form.
